Two of Eight Towers Completed; Lanes Realigned
Now that two of the four towers on the Rockland-bound span reached their full 419-feet heights they’re no longer cloaked in the self-climbing forms that helped build them. If you crossed the bridge within the past few weeks, then you may have noticed their chamfered tops peeking through those forms.

By realigning traffic lanes near the former toll plaza the bridge builder can ready the area for New York State Police Troop T’s new location south of the Thruway. Westbound lanes in that area will be realigned next month, project officials said. Details about the next and ongoing construction phases are here.
I’d like to know what you think.
